Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Source, interview, and onboard doctors, nurses, and technicians, focusing on high-volume hiring and specialized clinical roles .
Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, handle disciplinary issues, and conduct performance appraisals to foster a positive workplace .
HR Operations & Payroll: Manage daily operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management, and support payroll processing .
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH standards, safety protocols).
Training & Development: Identify training needs for hospital staff and coordinate onboarding

Skill Required

Requirements
